    How to make a TNBC Return:


    Choose from one of the selections below depending on whether you were logged in, when you placed your order.


    Make sure to include your proof of purchase or product receipt (we cannot accept returns without one) and a photo if applicable.

    Non-Defective Return

    If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and be accompanied by a receipt. No exceptions. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

    Defective Return

    Receipt verification and photos will be required when submitting a return for any defective/damaged product. Monetary refunds on defective products will not be allowed. The product must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Product not under warranty or those that do not have proof of purchase will not be approved for a return.

    TNBC Warranty

    Warranty claims will generally follow the manufacturer of the product. Please contact our Customer Service for instructions regarding your issue at [email protected].

    GroVia Warranty

    The product must be covered under the one year GroVia warranty period for review. GroVia® is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 30 days of purchase. Washed and used items are nonreturnable.  Any product that does not fall under our warranty and does not have a proof of purchase will be returned immediately.     Return shipping costs will only be covered on defective items identified within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, shipping is the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.

    Full orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center. Refunds will be issued for the price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
