Joey Bunz are better than inserts made from man-made micro fibers because hemp is a natural product, grown without pesticides and not bleached, which is very harmful to the environment. Hemp also protects your baby because it is naturally anti-microbial. These must be washed 3-5 times prior to use to become absorbent.

I add these to my son's Grovia AI2 with a Stay Dry Soaker when we're going to be out on the town for awhile. We've NEVER had an overflow issue with them, and they're pretty trim too. I think they wash and dry beautifully with my other diaper laundry, no staining or odor issues either! (Posted on 6/20/12)
