This uniquely formulated powder treatment is used to remove buildup of urine and minerals from cloth diapers and garments. This is not a detergent.

Ingredients: Sodium carbonate, Sodium percarbonate, Sodium polyitaconate, Surfactants, Enzymes, Oxygen bleach activator, Sodium silicate

FOR USE ON CLEAN DIAPERS (this should not be used as a detergent):

  1. Place one pac in washer with diapers. No other detergent is needed. Run a regular HOT wash with one extra rinse.
  2. Once diapers are clean, return to a simple wash routine that uses enough detergent.
  3. May be used in addition to a normal wash routine every 6-8 weeks to keep your diapers clean and buildup-free.

*If buildup is severe, it may take up to three back to back consecutive treatments to get your diapers clean.  No need to dry in between multiple treatments.

Works great

This is my second or third time purchasing these to deep clean cloth diapers. Sometimes I’ve had to do two cycles, but after reading the cloth diapering guide from another cloth diaper site, I think the secret is a pre soak and spin to start a new regular cycle with clean-ish water, hot water, choosing the size of the load to create neither a “soup” nor a “stew” (for an adequate amount of friction but not so many diapers they can’t move against one another) and a second rinse cycle to remove any residual soap. And I love sunning if I can, even if there aren’t any stains, and especially for synthetic diapers which tend to hold onto stink.

A must for our Diaper Washing Routine

I love that now it comes bigger size! I've got big front load washing machine, so i wash all 40 or so diapers at once. When they're clean I add 3 packs (not 1 or 2 like in the instruction). It works great but you do want use as much water as possible (Heavy Soil).
I use it for our towels as well!
