My 6 year old sometimes talks negatively about themselves. Whenever we experience that I say"Bigfoot" and they are reminded of the affirmation. "I am kind, I am strong, I am brave and unique. The world is better because I am here. I like me." 6yr old even wrote the affirmation out in their notebook when they were struggling with a lot of feelings. The plush is great too. But it's what it represents and makes tangible with the story and the kin all together that is really special. I love this company and their purpose. It works really well.
