Ongoing use keeps collagen production and gut balance in sync, helping you feel your best from the inside out.*
Add 1 stick pack to 8-12 fl oz of water and mix thoroughly. Adjust water to taste.
Because She’s Glowing contains Collagen and Fiber, a little extra care during mixing can make a big difference in your experience.
For best results, we recommend the following:
- Start by using about ⅓ of the total water and make sure it's lukewarm
- Add 1 stick pack of She’s Glowing
- Stir or shake well (immediately) to fully disperse the powder
- Top off with cold water and mix again
Pro tip: A shaker bottle or handheld frother can also help create an even smoother texture.
What to expect: Some minor clumping or settling is normal, especially when mixed into cold liquids or added all at once. This does not impact the quality or effectiveness of the product. If needed, gently break up any powder with a spoon or give it another shake or stir. For the best experience, enjoy shortly after mixing. If it sits, simply remix before sipping. Shaking or blending may create light foam, which is normal and will settle quickly.
