Types of Returns
If you would like to exchange or return non-defective products, they must be returned in the same packaging, unwashed, unused, and in re-sellable condition. Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and be accompanied by a The Natural Baby Co. receipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
Receipt verification and photos will be required when submitting a return for any defective product. Monetary refunds on defective products will not be allowed. The product must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and you may be referred to the manufacture directly to place your warranty claim if applicable. Product not under warranty or those that do not have proof of purchase will not be approved for a return. Items received that are damaged must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in order to be considered for a return.
The Natural Baby Company Warranty
Warranty claims will generally follow the manufacturer of the product. Please contact our Customer Service for instructions regarding your issue at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product must be covered under the one year GroVia warranty period for review. GroVia® is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 30 days of purchase. Washed and used items are nonreturnable. Any product that does not fall under our warranty and does not have a proof of purchase will be returned immediately. To make sure your product still falls under the warranty please contact us at email@example.com.
Return shipping costs will only be covered on defective items identified within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, shipping is the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.
- Time - Items must have been purchased within the last 30 days and be accompanied by a The Natural Baby Co. receipt. Full orders refused and/or returned by the customer will receive a refund when the returned items arrive at our order center and are processed.
- Method Of Refund - Once processed, refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used to make the purchase.
- Product Condition - The Natural Baby Company is happy to refund your money for products that are returned new in the original, undamaged package within 30 days of purchase. Items must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return.
- Refund Process - To initiate a return please start a return by visiting the Returns Page, or selecting "Returns" above.
- Charges - Refunds will be issued for the price of the product minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
