I was very skeptical of these breastfeeding supplements but after seeing so many positive reviews and pictures of milk increase on facebook I decided to to try it out. There are lots of different ones made by the company so I would go on their site and get a trial set before buying a monthly supply. Each supplement has a different ingredient, and some works better for others, so I would see which ones work for you the best! The liquid gold didn't increase my milk supply as much as the pump princess did, but I felt like my milk was creamier than without the liquid gold supplement and it's so fun to see the change in your milk while taking the supplements!
