Hello, Bugs!

This book arrived with scratches and a bend at the top. I went through quite a process trying to request a return, even had to send photos for evidence. A week later I am told that my return is approved yet I have to pay for shipping to send it back and at that time, might just receive a credit as opposed to a refund. All this for a $7 book? Wouldn't it just have been easier to package the book safely so it didn't get ruined in shipping?

I have 2 sons who are very much into all things bug. The color accents in the book are a fun way to keep learning names of colors.
