Instructions:
Dishwasher and freezer safe
Do not microwave
Do not boil the silicone container for longer than 5 minutes while sterilizing
Do not fill with carbonated or hot beverages
If freezing the bottle, fill it ¾ full so there’s room for water to expand
If flying with the bottle, beware the change in pressure could force extra fluid into the straw, causing it to spurt on the first sip
